[SOLVED] Unable to pan across image after zooming in

Manycam version 7.8.0.17. Mac Big Sur version 11.1
When I zoom into an image I am unable to pan across it. The layer is locked.

Hold down CTRL while clicking and dragging. This was not made clear in the last upgrade
