Unable to activate ManyCam 5 Enterprise

I have an Enterprise license for version 5. Today, I tried to activate a new device, and am getting the following error.

“An unknown error occurred (Network error).”

Does anyone know why the activation fails?

UPDATE:
Looking at packet captures, the client is trying to setup a connection to mca.manycam.com and getting a connection reset right at the TLS setup.
Are the activation servers still working?
