The problem in the transition from one move to another move

I add some movies with MOV format to playlist.
In transition, it seems software can not real-time read (or make proxy or caching) the next file and this delay cause we see gray details (like a gray picture that shown when we add new layer).
I checked with big and small quality movies but the results were the same.
Do you have some solution?

I think if we can increase transition time may be reduced this delay.

Now this time is between 0.5 to 2s, how we can increase it more than 2s?

I think manycam needs to add proxy or cach service to reduce delays.

Please try installing K-Lite codec pack. Also what are your computer specs?
