Subscription won't activate... thoughts?

I’ve followed all the directions in the activate your account and no subscription is showing in my list of subscriptions.

Any known issues/hiccups in the process that might get me going?

I’ve emailed support via the link but there was no information on how long it would be till I get a response - does anyone have any idea as to how long it takes support to respond?

Having the same problem. I paid through PayPal and they put it on hold because they don’t have a valid address for this company. ??? And I can’t find a way to communicate either.
