Three lifetime enterprise licenses were purchased yesterday and we did receive an e-mail with an activation link. However, clicking the link and logging in results in no subscriptions or licenses being available in the account. Logging in to the ManyCam website and the ManyCam app itself both show no licenses/subscriptions. The account e-mail address is the same address supplied during the purchase process. How can I activate/retrieve the licenses or subscriptions that were purchased?
