[SOLVED] How do I add a simple color border to a picture-in-picture?

Hi, All.

I’ve got a static image on a background layer with my webcam in a PiP window on a 2nd layer. Is there a setting to activate a border around the PiP window or do I have to create one with the DRAW tool?

You can add a layer and drop it behind your image. Just make the layer a solid color and slightly larger than your image to generate the desired effect.
Note: If you need to adjust the position, be sure to select and move both layers.
