It would be nice to have an api to be able to control at least basic functionality like switching program/preview etc.
If there was a publicly available web/restful API it would open up the potential for a community built Elgato StreamDeck, Loupedeck Live, or Bitfocus Companion plugin.
I would really like to have some configurable hardware control for Manycam.
