Only Ctrl, Alt, Cmd, Shift and their combinations are allowed for this shortcut

Hi there!

I’d really like to use the hotkeys for transitioning between different presets. However, I always get the notification ‘Only Ctrl, Alt, Cmd, Shift and their combinations are allowed for this shortcut’. If I do use them as hotkeys, nothing happens if try.

Anybody who can help me? I’ve tried switching ‘global’ on/off, but that’s not working. I’ve also just downloaded manycam so I’m sure I have the most recent version.

Can you post a screenshot of your Hotkeys?

The hotkey field is empty, i.e. you need to actually assign Ctrl, Alt, Cmd or Shift to this command. Once assigned, use the assigned key + preset number to switch.
