My license disappeared and customer service isn't responding

So I purchased a license for Manycam 5 back in 2017 and used it fine up to now without issue. Then a few days ago, it no longer works, the license is no longer listed under “my account” and when I try to use the activation code from 2017 it says this license is already linked to my account but not working. I have sent numerous emails to [email protected] and also the online form over the past few days but no response. Please help thank you.

Which account do you use, paulh***.com or Anna***.com ?
Anyway, please try to check again.

I don’t recognize Anna***.com. But for paul*** it is working now. You can delete this topic now thank you.
