ManyCam Crashes when used with Streamlabs OBS

Hello!

I have used ManyCam with SLOBS many times with no issues. Recently, when I have ManyCam open before or after I open SLOBS, all of my usb peripherals (bluetooth, keyboard, headset, mouse, cameras) all turn off and then reset. The issue with the cameras is that they freeze. This will happen intermittently while I am streaming!

I have tried, uninstalling and reinstalling ManyCam, SLOBS and updating the USB drivers. Graphic card updates are current.

I only have these issues when I have ManyCam open or running and it is really problematic when I am teaching classes.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey @Mandi

It seems that you exceed your USB bandwidth at some point. You can install an additional USP controller or connect fewer USB devices.

I thought that at first, but I have been using the same peripherals for over a year with no issues. And, the crashes only happens when ManyCam is running. I managed to fix it for now, but I’ll keep an eye on it. Thanks!!
