Iphone disconnect after approx. 10 minutes

Hey guys,

i am using Manycam to jump between a screen saver, a stationary cam and a mobile cam.
The mobile cam is an iphone with the manycam app.

The iphone connection is closed every approx. 10 minutes with the message: connection close by remote device. I tried to put the iphone in Wifi and mobile Data. Did not change anything. It is really annoying that my audience has to spend time on reconnecting every few minutes.
The laptop is connected with LAN and has no network issues.

Am i the only one, who has this problem? What can i do?

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Enable push notifications on the mobile devices via reinstalling ManyCam and then allowing access for ManyCam.
  2. Allow notifications in Settings -> ManyCam -> Notifications -> Allow Notifications (iOS only).
  3. Restart ManyCam on all devices.
  4. Log back in on both devices using the same ManyCam account and try to connect again.
  5. Sometimes you need to refresh the list of devices as well on both desktop and mobile apps.

Make sure you are using the same ManyCam account on all devices.

Please also make sure your iPhone and mac don’t go to sleep.
