how do you connect to IP cameras as all they say is not connected

We will also need the Log files from ManyCam , please complete the following steps to collect them:
For Windows:
- Download and install latest ManyCam version from our official website.,
- Run ManyCam, try connecting the IP cam, and thus reproduce the problem (when it says “No connection”),
- Close ManyCam completely by pressing Ctrl + Q,
- Press Win + R , type-in %appdata%\ManyCam\Logs , add all files from this folder to a ZIP archive and send it to [email protected].
For MacOS:
- Download and install latest ManyCam version from our official website,
- Run ManyCam, try connecting the IP cam, and thus reproduce the problem (when it says “No connection”),
- Close ManyCam completely by pressing CMD + Q,
- Access your Library folder as described here,
- Go to ~/Library/Application Support/Visicom Media/ManyCam/Logs, and send all files you find in this folder to [email protected]
