IP cameras connection

how do you connect to IP cameras as all they say is not connected

We will also need the Log files from ManyCam , please complete the following steps to collect them:

For Windows:

  1. Download and install latest ManyCam version from our official website.,
  2. Run ManyCam, try connecting the IP cam, and thus reproduce the problem (when it says “No connection”),
  3. Close ManyCam completely by pressing Ctrl + Q,
  4. Press Win + R , type-in %appdata%\ManyCam\Logs , add all files from this folder to a ZIP archive and send it to support@manycam.com.

For MacOS:

  1. Download and install latest ManyCam version from our official website,
  2. Run ManyCam, try connecting the IP cam, and thus reproduce the problem (when it says “No connection”),
  3. Close ManyCam completely by pressing CMD + Q,
  4. Access your Library folder as described here,
  5. Go to ~/Library/Application Support/Visicom Media/ManyCam/Logs, and send all files you find in this folder to support@manycam.com
