Have not received my upgrade

I upgraded my manycam premium Annual subscription to lifetime but I have not yet seen the new lifetime subscription reflected on my Manycam Subscription Management Tab. Can anyone please assist. It is close two 12 hours since I purchased the upgrade

Please note that your ManyCam account is linked with your Google account. Use the Google social login option to log into the ManyCam app.
