I am currently using the Beta version. I’m wondering why certain effects can’t be resized in this environment. The flashing light effect used to go around my entire screen. Now, I have to move it around where my face is and it can’t be stretched to fit around my screen either.

Welcome to the community. This happens to some older effects (*.mce). This is a known issue, already on our list.
Are you planning to update these affects?
