In July of last year I purchased this product. Its basic functions work but ChromaKey does not and repeated requests for assistance were referred to online FAQs that did not help. No further assistance was offered.
On February 16 2020 my account was somehow deactivated and I could not reactivate it through my account or on the website. I sent a customer support request detailing what I had done and the response was to do EXACTLY what I had already done and what had failed to work. I requested that the account be reactivated or that I be given a new account. That request was ignored. After 4 days of playing this game, I finally purchased a new license because I needed the product and sent a request for a refund.
Not only was that request ignored, they acted like I finally figured out how to activate my account and asked for confirmation. I was NOT able to re-activate my account. I had to purchase a new subscription to get it to work.
Customer service is a joke and quite honestly, I think this is a scam. I should have known better than to purchase a new subscription but I needed the application. Don’t ever make specific requests not covered in FAQs because it will be summarily ignored. I have become so frustrated with these people I finally filed a complaint with their local Better Business Bureau. Maybe that will get their attention.
