Blur specific area in background

Is there a way to blur a specific area of the background behind me instead of all around?

I had a requrest from a customer if there is a way to do this so they could blur only a specific area.

Update: I found out how, it’s under draw&text but there is no way to adjust the strength of the blur. Does anybody know how?
