Application doesn't check the update version

When I’m opening the About ManyCam of the application, it always shows that “ManyCam is up to date”.
I have to manually check on the ManyCam website for the new version.

P.S. I’m running ManyCam of macOS 10.15.7

How do you check the update (Is the version number somewhere)? I see there is one mention for the website but I don’t recall updating or seeing a message with my app (perhaps this is what you are asking).

I have my GENERAL SETTINGS toggle on for “Notify me about new ManyCam versions”
