About to upgrade, question about h.264

The Free trial lets me connect to my WYZE wifi security cam via RTSP. The cam outputs H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (h264). The trial lets me connect for about 30 seconds before cutting the connection and putting up the paywall. That’s fair.

so…

  1. Am I right that I will have to buy the $59 Studio subscription to unlock access to my IP cameras that use H264?
  2. If I buy the $29 Standard service can I upgrade to Studio at a later time by paying the difference?
